Instructions for activating your WaggTagg

  1. Register your user account
    This is a two stage process. Firstly complete and submit the User registration form. You will then receive a validation e-mail which requires you to click a validation link in the e-mail to complete your user registration. This ensures we have a correct e-mail address for you.
    Check your spam/junk mail folders just in case the validation email ends up there.
  2. Log in to add your dog/s
    The next stage is to add your dogs and link the WaggTaggs to each dog. WaggTagg will not work until you complete this step. You will also need your WaggTagg ID and Bark Busters receipt number.
  3. Complete your user account, add contacts and decide what information to make public.
    This involves adding other contacts such as family members if you wish. For each contact you can set up e-mail addresses, cell phones and landlines. All your contacts can then be informed that your dog has been found.

Where to find your WaggTagg ID

The WaggTagg ID is found on the rear of the WaggTagg below the QR code. On the example shown, the WaggTagg ID is B121212.
